Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any engagement with XEEVA Advisory ("XEEVA", "we", "us"), headquartered in Oslo, Norway. An advisory engagement is formed only when the parties enter into a written service agreement.
1. Nature of services
XEEVA provides executive mentoring, private 1:1 advisory, board and executive workshops, and keynote briefings. Services are advisory in nature and are not medical healthcare, clinical psychotherapy, or addiction treatment. The Norwegian Health Personnel Act (helsepersonelloven) and the Act relating to the alternative treatment of disease, illness, etc. (alternativ behandlingsloven) inform these boundaries. See our Legal & Advisory Disclaimer and Institutional Notice.
2. Engagements
- Every engagement is confirmed in a separate written agreement stating scope, duration, deliverables, and fees. That agreement prevails over these terms.
- The initial 30-minute diagnostic call is complimentary and carries no obligation. All other services are paid.
- Active 1:1 engagements are limited in number; acceptance is at XEEVA's discretion.
3. Confidentiality
All private advisory sessions, workshops, and keynotes are conducted under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements. Neither party discloses confidential information without prior written consent, unless required by law.
4. Client responsibility
Decisions taken on the basis of our advice remain the client's sole responsibility. Results depend on the client's own implementation and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Specific cancellation terms for workshops and keynotes are set out in the engagement agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The XEEVA Operating System, XEEVA Reset, frameworks, tools, and materials remain the property of XEEVA Advisory. They are licensed for the client's internal use only and may not be reproduced or resold.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, XEEVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any agreed limitation of liability is stated in the relevant service agreement. No provision excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
8. Consumer rights where applicable
XEEVA's services are primarily supplied in a professional or business context. If a client qualifies as a consumer under Norwegian law, mandatory protections remain unaffected. For a qualifying distance or off-premises service contract, the Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) may provide a 14-day withdrawal period. If the consumer expressly requests performance to begin during that period, payment may be due for services supplied before a valid withdrawal. Required information and any withdrawal form will be supplied before the relevant agreement is concluded.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and each engagement are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory law that applies. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If that is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought before the competent Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue for business-to-business disputes where legally permitted. A consumer may use the courts or complaint procedures available under mandatory consumer law.
10. Fair terms and marketing
These terms are interpreted consistently with the Norwegian Contracts Act (avtaleloven) and the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven). Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a specific result.
